Where do I get downloadable content for my Xbox 360?
Downloadable content - including demos, trailers, game content, gamer pictures, themes and more - is available at Xbox Live Marketplace. Any Xbox 360 user who is connected to the internet (click here for instructions) can access the Marketplace from within their Xbox 360 dashboard by simply selecting the Xbox Live Marketplace icon.

Do I need a hard drive to download content?
All the in-game content for NBA STREET Homecourt does require a Xbox 360 Hard Drive. Downloadable content can sometimes be saved to a Xbox 360 Memory Unit but in the case of Homecourt, the file sizes are over the memory unit's capacity.

What are Microsoft Points?
MS Points are the currency of the Xbox Live Marketplace, required to purchase paid content. Microsoft Points are purchased either online via credit card or in the form of Microsoft Points Cards from retail locations. What are Gamer Pictures & Themes?
The Xbox 360 system allows for all kinds of customization. For example, custom faceplates allow you to swap out the external appearance of your console, while gamer pictures and themes extend this customization throughout the entire console environment.

Your Gamer Picture is your unique visual identity displayed to the rest of the gaming community. As part of your gamer profile, your gamer picture is your visual representation, whether you're playing online, posting on forums - or anywhere else on the web! Gamer Themes allow you to customize your Xbox 360 user interface. Themes include four unique images, plus a "Guide Tile" texture, and are displayed throughout your console anytime you're not actually playing a game.

Is downloadable content available on any other platforms?
Presently, the Xbox 360 offers the largest amount of downloadable content - and is the only option for downloadable content for NBA STREET Homecourt. However, both the Sony PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii do support various types of downloadable content, and EA will continue to pursue new and innovative ways to provide content to our customers.
